rk2024 Posted September 4 Share Posted September 4 Hello Commmunity memebers, I am quite worried and baffled with a technical issue that happened yesterday. I tried to withdraw my funds. The otp which i got in the emails wasnt working multiple times. I reported to the chat support team. I had an balance of apprx $1000 (usd). They told me clear cache, cookies and try using Hash.game website instead. When I did that, my entire amount balance and gaming betting history and deposit history disappeared from account. I only have proof of money i transferred and one proof where it shows the fund balance before this issue happened. The proof shows clearly i had funds. Now the chat support team is only asking for betting history and deposit proof which is not showing and whats funny is this data disappeared due to whatever tech glitch from BC GAME and the chat team is asking me to show proof. Did anyone face similar issue recently after their major update? Their customer support is among the worst in the world. They dont understand the issue. they keep asking same thing again and again and dont use basic common sense to troubleshoot the customer issue. Can someone guide how do I pursue this and who do I complaint against BC GAME. SOME SIMILAR ISSUE happened 2 weeks ago where my two withdrawals were not recieved but their system showed as succesful. They dint believe for 2 weeks despite showing so many proofs and videos and what not! finally, they refunded...I am very disappointed with BC GAME SUPPORT TEAM. LeninR Posted October 7 Share Posted October 7 Unfortunately I was also a victim of this type of deception by the platform to which I tried to contact support but it seems that they lack reason and conscience and are so used to just copying and pasting the same thing that they tell everyone from 4 months ago To date, they have not resolved 10 tickets for which there are no longer records of them. This causes them to only tell me that the team is already solving it whenever I deposit to the game account in any crypto. It usually happens that the funds do not appear even in the transactions. What happens is the typical and usual thing that I send them evidence of the Hash that I send them evidence of the transaction from my wallet to the game wallet or rather my profile assuming that according to the team it is going to solve it, which it really doesn't. If I search for the wallet in all of its blockchains, the amounts that never appeared in the game usually appear, but I still get to see their movements without me doing it since we have no control or access to our wallets. the platform thus creating a loss of our assets for not possessing the private keys that of course the platform has. Here show u some of my assets that never arrived, even there are some transactions from the wallet sending funds that never arrived to game. BC SUPPORT NEVER HELPS!
